Hello, my name is Michelle and this is my daughter, Elizabeth. I am a proud single mom and currently have full custody of her. I’ve been working hard to provide for her, pay our expenses, and keep us afloat, but lately it feels like every step forward comes with another setback.

My 16-year-old car has had the brakes replaced, spark plugs and coils fixed, the exhaust repaired, and now the catalytic converter is going bad. I travel for work and rely on my car every day, but the constant repairs are draining me financially and emotionally.

On top of that, our housing situation recently became unstable when the support we were relying on fell through. It feels like the ground keeps shifting under us, and I’m doing my best to hold everything together for Elizabeth.

I’ve worked hard to handle everything on my own, and asking for help does not come easy for me. But right now, with housing instability and a car that keeps failing, I can’t do it alone anymore. I’m not looking for a handout—I’m simply asking for a little help so my daughter and I can keep moving forward.

My goal is $12,500, which will cover the cost of a safe, reliable used car, taxes and fees, insurance, and a small buffer for immediate needs. A dependable car would give me stability to keep working, caring for Elizabeth, and rebuilding our lives with a stronger foundation.
