Hello, my name is Michael Perillo. In November, my wife was struck by a vehicle that ran a stop sign as she was walking across the street. The last 7 months, she has visited many doctors and pain specialists for injuries to her neck and back.

A few weeks ago, it was decided that she would need to undergo spinal fusion surgery to remove 4 disks from her back and will be bed-bound for up to 2 months. This is a major surgery that will require extensive pain management and continued physical therapy for months after as well. Although insurance will be covering the procedure, there will be other expenses accrued due to not being able to work and assistance that will need to be provided for her recovery.
