Hello. My name is Michael. I am having to have a total hip replacement surgery. Unfortunately, as of now, it is not scheduled until February 11th. However, the pain has become increasingly more painful, thus making standing and/or walking extremely difficult. My job requires me to be on my feet and walking/moving all day. As one can see, herein lies the problem, my predicament.

I will be taking a leave of absence from my job earlier than expected. But, I need help with my monthly bills for at least the next three months, or so. Therefore, I am asking for help with this situation.
