<div>My Story: A Starving Mother in Gaza, Hoping to See Her Family Again

</div>
<div>I’m just a mother from Gaza”].
</div>
<div>I’m a divorced single mom, trying to keep my little boy alive in the middle of a war zone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79790401_175415481245167_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Before all of this, I was a mother with simple dreams — a warm meal, a safe home, a future for my son.
</div>
<div>But now, we live in a tent, with no protection, no food, and no one to help us.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>

<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My family is stuck in Egypt, far away. I haven’t seen them in a long time.
</div>
<div>One of my biggest wishes is to see them again — just once — before I die.
</div>
<div>But every day, that dream feels farther away
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79790401_1754154889920057_r.jpeg" width="100%" />

<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m completely alone.
</div>
<div>I can’t go out to get aid because I’m a woman, and it’s too dangerous — there’s gunfire and bombs.
</div>
<div>I suffer from anxiety, trauma, and depression, and I take medications for my mental health, but now I can’t even afford those.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />

<div><br />
</div>
<div>But the worst part? The hunger.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Sometimes, I go two or even three days without eating — just so my baby can have something.
</div>
<div>Even then, it’s not enough.
</div>
<div>He cries for milk, for bread, for anything… and I sit there, helpless, hugging him, praying.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I never thought I would reach this point.
</div>
<div>But today, I have nothing left but my voice… and hope that someone out there will hear us.
</div>
<div><br />

<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please, if you are reading this —
</div>
<div>Help me feed my son. Help me survive. Help me see my family again.
</div>
<div>Even $5 can mean food for today. $10 can mean milk for my child.
</div>
<div>Every donation is life to us.

<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you can’t donate, please share this message. You might be the reason we survive another day.
</div>

<div><br />
</div>
<div>With all my love,
</div>
<div>A mother in Gaza, holding on for her son
