My name is Pancho Miguel, and I’m fundraising for my father Mel, who has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer that has spread to his liver.

This has been a very difficult time for our family. My father is not only battling a life-threatening illness but also the overwhelming financial strain that comes with ongoing treatments, medications, and hospital visits. We want to give him the best possible chance to fight this disease, but the costs of care are more than we can manage on our own.

My father has always been a strong, hardworking, and caring person who puts his family first. Seeing him face this battle is heartbreaking, but we remain hopeful and determined to support him every step of the way.
