My name is Melanie, and my oldest daughter has been seriously ill, in and out of the hospital and the ER over the past month. She was recently diagnosed with a neurological condition called FND (Functional Neurological Disorder), which has changed everything for our family. She needs ongoing specialist care, and I've become her full-time caregiver, making it impossible for me to work the way I need to. Sharing our story publicly was a big step, and the love and support we received has been overwhelming.
