My name is Ahmed Nasr, a young man from Gaza who once dreamed of a bright future. But war changed everything—I lost my leg, and with it, a part of my life. Every step once meant freedom, and now, I face a future filled with uncertainty.

Losing my leg has not just taken away my ability to walk but also my independence and dignity. Simple daily tasks have become overwhelming, and the emotional toll is just as heavy as the physical one. I dream of regaining what I lost—to walk again, to work, and to live a normal life. But for that to happen, I need urgent medical treatment and a prosthetic limb.

Right now, the border crossing is open, giving me a rare chance to leave Gaza for treatment. This window of opportunity may not last, and I cannot afford to miss it. However, I do not have the financial means to cover the costs of travel, medical care, and a prosthetic leg.
