<div>I'm Miche, from the Youtube channel Miche, PhD. I have been making science videos on weight loss, nutrition, fitness, and health for years, and approach it as a free educational service rather than a business. I disable disruptive ads (e.g., midroll and unskippable), and donate the remaining ad revenue to food pantries (I used to donate from my job salary, but now it's nice to have a specific source of revenue for it!). I also don't accept sponsorships or sell products because I want to keep it all about the science.

<div>Donations you make here (and on Patreon) will go towards supporting me and the channel directly. I spend 8+ hours researching and making each video so your support helps a lot!

<div>(A note on the last gofundme: the equipment fundraiser was a success! I really can't thank you enough. I made this new gofundme because I didn't want people to think I still need the equipment.)
