<div>Hello, my name is Mauren Gonzales, and I’m from the Philippines. I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your kindness and support during the most difficult time of my life.

</div>

<div>A few months ago, I was diagnosed with sarcomatoid carcinoma, metastatic sarcoma, and primary renal sarcoma. The government hospital where I went to for help told me that the tumor is too big for them to operate on. My only option now is to have surgery at a private hospital, but the cost is far beyond what my family and I can afford.

</div>

<div>Before my illness, we were already struggling. Our family lost almost everything when a fire destroyed our home, and since then, we’ve been trying to rebuild our lives. Now, with my medical condition, it feels like the ground has fallen away from beneath us.

</div>

<div>We don’t have the financial means for the operation, hospital bills, or the medications I need to keep going. I’m humbly asking for your help. Any amount, no matter how small, will bring me one step closer to getting the surgery that could save my life.

</div>

<div>Your support, whether through donations or simply sharing my story, means the world to my family and I. Please help me fight this battle and give me a chance to recover, rebuild my life, and be there for my loved ones.

</div>

<div>Thank you so much for your kindness, prayers, and generosity.
