<div>My brother Matthew Fry was a dispatcher for just shy of 10 years. My little brother is one of the kindest people in the world as well as saved lives in his life. Matthew just turned 30 on June 30th 2025. About 6 months ago while working out trying to lose weight an become more healthy Matthew experienced major pain. Thinking it was a hernia we seeked medical treatment. They scheduled a colonoscopy where Matt was told he has colon cancer. Today we got the results of the catscan and biopsy... Matt's tumor is the size of a cantaloupe. Luckily the cancer has not spread to lungs or any other organs. Problem is the size of the tumor and location in the sigmoid colon means its has invaded the bladder was an putting pressure on prostate causing a immense amount of pain. Friday  Matthew will be undergoing suregry to diverge his stool to a colostomy bag an the hope it to shrink this tumor down July 25th 2025. The reason being is surgury is must more extensive with more complications possibly losing the bladder all together.  Matthew is currently not working. This go fund me is to help our family with traveling expenses, chemotherapy, hotels, food ( since he is on nutrition drinks 2 times a day), clothes ( since he lost 45 pounds in the last month) and anything else Matthew needs at this time.
