<div>Há poucos meses, Mateus foi diagnosticado com Hepatoblastoma, um câncer raro e agressivo no fígado, já em estágio avançado, com metástase no pulmão e trombose nas principais veias do fígado.

<div>Desde então, sua vida, tão cheia de sonhos e inocência, se transformou em uma dura sequência de hospitais, exames, quimioterapia e cirurgias.

<div>Ele já enfrentou três ciclos de quimioterapia, mas a resposta não foi a esperada. Com bravura, passou por uma cirurgia no pulmão para retirar os nódulos metastáticos.

<div>Agora, Mateus se prepara para novos procedimentos delicados no fígado (TACE e TARE), seguidos de uma grande cirurgia hepática e mais quimioterapia. Cada etapa é uma montanha que ele precisa escalar, com fé, força e esperança.

<div>Today, I come to ask, from the bottom of my heart, for your help for little Mateus Giordano Gonçalves, a boy just 2 years and 10 months old, who is fighting for his life.

<div>A few months ago, Mateus was diagnosed with Hepatoblastoma, a rare and aggressive liver cancer, already in an advanced stage, with metastasis to the lungs and thrombosis in the main veins of the liver.

<div>Since then, his life — once full of dreams and innocence — has turned into a tough journey of hospitals, exams, chemotherapy, and surgeries.

<div>Mateus has already undergone three cycles of chemotherapy, but the response was not as expected.

<div>With incredible bravery, he underwent surgery on his lung to remove the metastatic nodules.

<div>Now, he is preparing for new delicate procedures on his liver (TACE and TARE), followed by a major liver surgery and more chemotherapy sessions.

<div>Each step is a mountain he needs to climb, with faith, strength, and hope.
