Mary is starting this fundraiser for <strong>her sister and brother-in-law</strong> after a devastating accident turned the beginning of their vacation into a long and painful recovery. On October 4th, Mary’s sister was run over by a semi while they were just starting a trip 1,000 miles from home. Her husband was also injured in the accident. Thankfully, their children were safe with family, but the injuries from this crash have changed everything in an instant. Mary’s sister is still in the hospital and has already had one surgery to rebuild her arm, and there may be more surgeries ahead. Both of them are now facing not only physical pain and recovery, but also the reality of being out of work for a while.

 This fundraiser will help Mary’s sister and her husband with the ongoing financial strain that comes with recovery after such serious injuries. Time away from work, continued medical needs, and everyday living expenses will not stop while they heal.
