Support Mary's Long Road to Recovery

On Sunday September 15th Mary’s daughter woke up and found her unresponsive and not breathing in her room. She called 911 and her boyfriend helped her get her mom on the floor and she preformed CPR on her until the paramedics arrived and she was rushed to the hospital.

It was discovered she had undiagnosed pneumonia and had aspirated in her sleep and went into respiratory arrest.

She has been on a ventilator for two days now, with some responsiveness. On Monday the 16th the doctors did an echocardiogram on her and notified her family at some point in the days prior to the arrest that she had also suffered a heart attack and wasn’t aware of it. They were hoping that she would become less dependent on the vent and they could go in and use a scope to completely remove the pneumonia yesterday, or today. Due to the discovery of the heart attack and her dependency on the vent still, the family has no idea when she is going to be allowed to wake up or start her journey back home.

Thankfully her son Austen, and his fiancé Brooke were able to quickly come from Washington to help Loring, Becca and John her with her care, the house, the animals, and keep up on her bills.

Any and all money donated will be going to maintain Mary’s bills and helping her and the family with her recovery process and her return back home. Thank you for any help you may give, or for even sharing this to get the word out.
