<div>Mark and Mindy's lives were changed forever on a recent weekend ride. While on their motorcycle, they were struck on the side by an impaired driver. Both were immediately airlifted, separately,  to UT Medical Trauma Center with critical injuries.

<div>The journey ahead is long and difficult. Mindy has suffered a devastating injury, resulting in the amputation of her leg, and has successfully completed her fourth surgery.

<div>Mark's medical journey has been complex as doctors work to stabilize his blood levels and vitals to determine the next steps for his own critical injuries.

<div>If you know Mark, you know his work ethic: he routinely works two jobs, only taking Sundays off. Their income and stability have come to an abrupt halt, all because of one person’s senseless act.
