<div>Mark had heart surgery at the Mayo Clinic on August 14th, 2024. He was released from the Mayo on August 17th, 2024. Two days after he returned home, he suffered a stroke and was flown to Fargo for a two week stay. The stroke has affected his thought processes. His recovery has been extremely slow and they have been working on short term cognitive memory skills. Mark served on the police department for 30 years, 25 of those being Chief of Police. Mark and Connie (his wife) were a part of the National Walleye Tournament and Bass FLW organizations.
