<div>In 2016, after a long and emotional divorce, the court ruled:

<div>The judge reviewed everything—including dramatic accusations—and found no basis. He ruled in fairness.

<div>But now in 2025, the ex-wife is back:

<li>Submitting bizarre wild new allegations - For example, she claims he’s “unstable” because he’s moved homes a few times over five years. What she leaves out:

<div>            --&gt; He followed to stay close to his sons, first in a temporary rental, later purchasing a home nearby

<div>            --&gt; Every move was to create more stability for the kids, not less

<div>How is this even an issue?? These are the kinds of claims that sounds alarming—until you know the full story.

<div>This father has never asked for a fight—but he’s had to defend himself over and over from tactics designed to intimidate, destabilize, and financially drain him.

<div>Here’s the timeline (just some of the many):

<li>2016 – Divorce filed. She falsely calls police, claiming he’s a heavily armed, dangerous veteran.  She's hoping the cops kill him.

<li>2017 – A second false “SWAT” call. Ironically, the police end up being friends with him after this second call.


</li>


<li>2018 – She loses in court. Immediately appeals, <strong><em>claiming the judge miscalculated the law </em></strong>- yes, she even abuses the judge.  She loses appeal.


</li>


<li>2019 – Anonymous CPS report. Dismissed as unfounded with no action.


</li>


<li>2024 – Calls police on their teenage son after accusing him of drug use. He was fine and shocked his mom would do that to him.


</li>


<li>2025 - Calls CPS again.  Dismissed as unfounded with no action.


</li>


<li>2025 – Files this new custody motion. Weeks later, calls police again, saying their son was “missing” while riding a scooter five minutes to his dad’s house.


</li>

<div>This is now at least five emergency response incidents that were unfounded and traumatic for both father and sons.

<div>The financial toll has been over<strong> $200,000 so far</strong>—never mind the emotional cost <em>on her own children</em>.
