On October 23, 2025, Maria Ramirez, 39 years old, and Lionel Rivera, 3 years old, were found dead in Montgomery County, Texas. They were victims of a murder-suicide orchestrated by a cruel man. Maria Ramirez was the mother of Lionel Rivera. She left two daughters, one a teenager and one an adult. 
 
The family of Maria Ramirez and Lionel Rivera wants to bring them to El Salvador to have a proper memorial and funeral in the family's country of origin. The family greatly appreciates any support; the funeral costs are expected to be $5,000.
 
The money will be deposited to María Ramirez's eldest daughter, who is coordinating the funeral events.

The money will be used for the memorial and funeral in El Salvador,

which consists of flower arrangements,

decoration,

funeral expenses,

and traveling expenses.
