My name is Marcella A. Luck-Ball, and I am reaching out for help after surviving a head-on car accident. The accident left me with serious injuries that required four surgeries, and my car was completely totaled. Because there is no bus service where I live, I have had to rely on car services just to get to the hospital and my many doctor appointments. The costs of transportation have added up quickly, and I am struggling to keep up with these expenses while also managing my recovery.

 My injuries have made it impossible for me to stand, sit, or walk for long periods without severe pain and shortness of breath. My doctor has told me that I will need several months to heal, followed by physical therapy for a few more months before I can return to work. Even then, I will need to look for a new job, as I am not able to return to my previous position. In the meantime, I am facing ongoing medical bills, therapy costs, and daily living expenses that I cannot cover on my own.
