<div>A little about Malaiki - born July 24th, 2008 in Silver Spring. She passed away Oct 16th, 2025. She was 17 years young. Known in the MOCO community, she was a senior attending Montgomery Blair High and Blair Ewing. A girl scout trooper who served different communities with the softest heart. We truly mourn her.

<div>She is survived by her 2 older sisters and younger brother- Mary, Margaret, Maina, alongside her mother Vivian Nkafu. If not known already she is a CODA (Child of Deaf Adult), our mother is Deaf so communication and assistance is needed every step of the way given our hard circumstances.
