<div>As of the last year, my family and I have struggled financially more than we ever have. We were evicted, forced to move in with a family friend in Long Island, a place from which I was traveling to and from school almost every day, amassing about 6 hours in traffic on a daily basis. Eventually, my parents had to leave again and moved to North Carolina. I ended up living in New Jersey with my girlfriend in order to be able to finish the fall semester, and while living together, she became pregnant.

<div>To say the least, all this had greatly affected my ability to focus on my education, but when I submitted a tuition appeal, it was denied. <strong>Now I am $15,000 in debt, have a 1-week-old, and am unable to finish my education.</strong> So I created this to ask for your help. I really believe if I'm given the chance to be here and finish college, I could build a better future for my daughter, and whatever you may donate to support will be greatly appreciated.
