<div><strong>Locks of Love</strong> is a non-religious, non-political, and not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization. Its mission is to promote the well-being of children through its program of providing hairpieces and, remarkably, <strong>it commits to all recipients on a LONG-TERM basis, allowing them to receive custom prostheses, every 2 years until the age of 21.</strong> Because of these extended promises, its current financial obligation is many multiples of its annual expenses. Currently, Locks of Love holds in unrestricted financial reserves approximately 10x the annual expenses of 2023, which <em>does not meet its current financial obligation to its children.</em> And Locks of Love continues to accept application from hitherto-unaided children for custom hairpieces!
