Support Orange Street Cinema in the 48 Hour Film Project!

Hi! My name is Jozlyn, and I’m honored to be directing a passionate team from Missoula for this year’s 48 Hour Film Project.

What is the 48 Hour Film Project?

It’s a global filmmaking competition where teams have just 48 hours to write, shoot, edit, and submit an original short film. At the start of the countdown, each team is assigned a unique genre, prop, line of dialogue, and character that must be featured in their film—so creativity and quick thinking are key.

The top three films from each city move on to compete on an international level, with the chance to be screened at prestigious festivals like Cannes and Filmapalooza.

Why we’re asking for support:

Creating a film on this scale—especially in just two days—requires a lot of coordination and resources. Between entry fees, renting equipment, securing locations, and providing meals for a hardworking crew of nearly 50 people, the costs add up quickly. That’s why we’re reaching out to our community for support.
