<div>Over the past weekend, my father’s auto body shop—a family business that he has run for over 20 years—was broken into and completely emptied out. Thieves stole over $80,000 worth of tools and equipment, along with two customer vehicles: a Ferrari and a Mini Cooper.

<div>Thankfully, both vehicles were eventually recovered, but the Mini Cooper was found completely totaled, and the condition of the Ferrari is still uncertain.

<div>Unfortunately, nearly all of my dad’s tools—tools he has spent decades collecting and using every day—are still missing. These weren’t just tools; they were the backbone of his business and how he provides for our family. With them gone, he can’t work or take on new jobs.
