Hello Balsam, 7. My name is Tom Edwards. This account is set up for the folks interested in changing the Covenants and Restrictions for Division 7 Balsam in the LLBC. Our starting goal is $5000.00. The simple math is if 55 owners of property donate $150.00 each, we will hit our goal. Any funds not needed will be returned to the contributors.
