Reflecting on the last week since my Nephew Shawn was diagnosed with the most aggressive form of bone cancer you can get, it's breaks our hearts to know there is nothing we can do except keep him comfortable.  He just turned 30 years old in December and went for bloodwork to prepare for neck surgery, and then found out he has cancer.  My parents and sister have been with him 24/7 caring for his every need.

Bills still happen and she doesn't want to leave Shawn to work.  Her time is limited with him and she needs to soak up and give him as much love as possible.
