<div>It is with deep, unfathomable sadness that we share devastating news about our mother, Linzy. Which is why this next part feels unbearable to say: 
</div>
<div><strong>Our mom has cancer</strong>.
</div>
<div>Those four words are among the hardest we’ve ever had to say. A word as beautiful as “Mom” should never have to share a sentence with “Cancer.”
</div>
<div>Linzy has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. We recently learned that the cancer has spread to multiple areas, which will need to be addressed with radiation before she can begin chemotherapy. 
</div>
<div>This is something we never imagined we would have to do, a journey we never thought we would have to navigate. Yet, we stand strong in our faith and in our belief that she will continue to shine as a beacon of positivity, understanding, compassion, joy, adventure, and most importantly, LOVE. 
</div>

<div>As we face this new reality, our focus remains on surrounding her with love, comfort, and the care she needs to heal.
</div>
<div>We’re asking for help to ease the financial challenges that come with this journey. None of this will be easy, but if we can lessen even a small part of the financial burden, it will allow us to focus our energy where it matters most, helping our mom heal.
</div>
