<div>Our NASA colleague Linda Andruske urgently needs our help. After a sudden and severe physical decline, Linda is now unable to work and requires full-time daily care. She is experiencing akathisia, profound muscle weakness, tremors, and numbness in her limbs, leaving her unable to drive, live independently, or perform basic tasks on her own. While she has applied for disability benefits and is awaiting a decision, she currently has no means to cover the care she needs to stay safe. Linda is a former Operations and Vehicle Subsystems Safety Engineer for the International Space Station, and previously served as NASA’s lead fuel cell and cryogenics propulsion systems engineer. With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and 39 years of dedicated service to the aerospace community, Linda spent her life ensuring the safety of others. Today, she needs our support to help her through this difficult and uncertain time. Any contribution will directly support her daily care, medical needs, and living expenses as she fights to regain stability.
