<div>We are an ancient grain-focused bakery that sources and uses exclusively organic ingredients in all products made in-house. We wish to celebrate our local and regional growers who fill our inventory with some of the best seasonal ingredients in the Northeast.

<div>Our repertoire of ancient grains includes organic rye, spelt, and einkorn. All grains are grown by farmers who have prioritized the health, development, and maintenance of the seed and the soil, hoping to ensure that there is no compromise or loss to quality and nutrition.

<div>Our breads are naturally leavened and fermented using our proprietary leavening agent made from malted and fermented barley, the Ordeum Malt Leavening, an innovation to the traditional sourdough. Our breads are considered to be "gluten-friendly" due to the quality of ancient grain and the alchemical process that occurs during the fermentation and proofing process. We have had significant success in offering a gut-friendly product to individuals who have either a gluten intolerance or a wheat allergy.

<div>Our product line has been developed to offer the consuming public an easily accessible and affordable means of quality nutrition to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. The cornerstone of our bakery's mission is the pursuit of contributing to the development of the "human consciousness."

<div>As a modern society, we rely heavily on technology and other forms of convenience to bring us closer to our goals, and unfortunately, have steered away from the development of human connection, the development of the self, and the development of a relationship with the cosmic/spiritual forces that work with us and wish to guide us in our daily lives.

<div>Lightforce Bakery has a growing following. We participate in 3-4 weekly farmers markets in the Hudson River Valley and Berkshires, and deliver to upwards of 15 retailers on a weekly basis.

<div>With all that being said, <strong>our bakery is in a state of transition and we are asking our local community of the Hudson Valley, Berkshires, and beyond for support as we prepare for the next step of this new chapter.</strong>
</div>

<div>We have had a long-standing relationship with The Philmont Cooperative, our home base and commercial kitchen for the last 6 years, but it is now time for us to move on and spread our wings to soar to new heights.

<div><strong>We are currently in the process of researching new locations for a permanent home in the near future.</strong>

<div><strong>Our request for donations is based on the need to acquire a few key pieces of bakery equipment, which do not come standard or in our desire spec in most commercial kitchen spaces. We intend to use any and all donations to fund the purchasing/renting of necessary equipment such as: </strong>
