<div>On Friday, October 24, Ms Marina and her family were detained by Immigration &amp; Customs Enforcement (ICE) while she was completing a routine appointment related to her immigration case.

<div>Even though Ms. Marina and her family are currently in the United States with permission, and Marina has authorization to work in the United States under all applicable federal and state laws,

<div>ICE arrested Marina and her family and transferred them to a family immigration detention facility in Texas.
