Laurie Lund is facing an unimaginable loss after her beloved son, Tor Gockel, passed away suddenly. Tor was a bright light in the Whittier community, especially on Whittier Blvd and Colima, next to Trader Joe's, often seen holding his 'Jesus Saves' sign and welcoming anyone who stopped to pray or share a moment with him. His kindness touched many, and his absence leaves a deep void for Laurie and all who knew him.

 Laurie is now navigating the heartbreak of saying goodbye to her son while facing unexpected expenses for cremation services. The emotional and financial challenges are overwhelming, and any support during this time would mean so much.
