<div>We are thrilled to begin fundraising for our next immersive &amp; interactive show, <em>The Butterfly Effect</em>! <strong>We hope you will consider supporting this heartfelt and impactful production and help make sure that it takes flight!</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>What would you change if you could go back in time? It’s a universal question that can follow you your entire life. And it’s the question that <em>The Butterfly Effect</em> tries to answer. There are so many moments that we wish we could “redo” or “fix” to either help the world, help someone else, or help ourselves. And time travel is something that I think can be uniquely explored in immersive theatre.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Taking inspiration from “Before the Coffee Gets Cold” by Toshikazu Kawaguchi and from the Life is Strange video game series in particular, I set out over the past year and a half to create <em>The Butterfly Effect</em>, an immersive show where the audience get the chance to travel back in time and “redo” their mistakes and the mistakes of the characters around them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I always want Last Call shows to give audiences the chance to explore something they could never experience in real life. To give them a journey or an adventure they won’t forget, and to make them think about their beliefs, hopes, and dreams in new ways. This time the adventure is traveling through time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>And we need YOUR HELP to create the magic of <em>The Butterfly Effect</em>! Even just $10 can help us get closer to our goal! </strong>(Unfortunately, we are unable to use time travel to fundraise for this show, so please help us make sure our wings aren’t clipped).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In order to create immersive theatre at the level that Last Call does (<em>The Butterfly Effect</em> being our 11th show in less than 4 years) we need your support in funding this art! With arts funding at an all-time low and the number of paid opportunities for artists decreasing, we need public support now more than ever. Thank you in advance for your contribution.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Sincerely,
</div>

<div><strong>The Show:</strong>
</div>
<div>You are invited to the grand re-opening of The Connection Cafe, a family-run, community-based cafe that has a very special secret. At this cafe, people have been rumored to travel through time. Who knows, maybe you’ll be next? However, some of the visitors to the cafe may be trying to use this knowledge to their own end… With both staff and patrons searching for connection in the midst of love and grief, the future is uncertain. This re-opening may be the most eventful night in the cafe’s history! It may also be its last.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In this immersive and interactive experience, audience members will have the chance to touch upon these characters’ past, present, and futures as they are whisked into a world of magical realism. With multiple storylines to follow and more ending possibilities than any other Last Call show, <em>The Butterfly Effect </em>will not be a show to miss!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Your Contribution:</strong>
</div>
<div>Your donation will go towards creating the world of the show by contributing towards our venue, décor and set dressing to transform the space, and the magical design elements to whisk our audience back in time. Your contribution will also go towards paying our talented narrative team, designers, producers, and actors.
