Hi, my name is Kristin Carrington, and I’m creating this fundraiser for my parents, who need more support than I can provide on my own and they are NOT the type to ask for help so they didn’t know I made this.

My mom is the strongest woman I know. She’s recently been diagnosed with lymphoma, breast cancer, lung cancer, and cancer of the lower spine—all while already living with an LVAD heart pump following open-heart surgery in 2022. Despite everything she faces, she continues to fight with incredible courage.

My dad works full-time, 40+ hours a week, while also being her primary caregiver. I work full-time as well and do everything I can to help, but the truth is, our family needs more support than we can manage alone.

My mom has spent her life caring for others—raising me and my three siblings, and even stepping in to care for her grandkids. She has always given so much love, strength, and sacrifice for our family, and now it’s our turn to rally around her.

All funds raised will go directly toward her medical expenses, care needs, food, and end-of-life costs when that time comes.

My parents are my best friends, and seeing them struggle like this is the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through. Any help you can give—whether through donations or by sharing this campaign—means the world to us.
