On January 6th, Kristen, my niece, was the victim of a devastating head-on auto accident caused by another driver. That day, her life changed dramatically. She suffered multiple severe broken bones and now faces a long road of hospitalization and rehabilitation. The accident has left her unable to work, and the impact will be felt for the rest of her life. Kristen is a strong and resilient young woman, but the challenges ahead are overwhelming for her and her family.

 The funds raised here will help cover Kristen's mounting medical bills, including deductibles, co-pays, and the cost of medical appliances like a hospital bed, braces, and wheelchairs. They will also help with the costs of medications, therapies, and transportation, as well as supplement her lost income until she is able to return to work. Every dollar will go directly toward helping Kristen regain her independence and manage the daily realities of her recovery.
