<div>Kris King is my dear friend, and recently, life has taken a difficult turn for them. In December, Kris suffered a stroke and, as a result, needed a new heart valve. I am also currently on dialysis. The medical journey has been overwhelming, and the challenges have only grown since then. While Kris was in the hospital recovering, a pipe in their home burst due to the harsh winter weather, causing extensive water damage. This unexpected disaster has added even more stress to an already tough situation.

<div>The money raised through this fundraiser will go directly toward helping Kris with medical co-pays and deductibles, which have quickly piled up. In addition, the funds will help cover the costs of repairing the water damage in Kris’s home, so they have a safe and comfortable place to continue their recovery. Every dollar will make a real difference in easing the financial burden and helping Kris focus on healing.
