Kieynan, like many others, fled the camp due to the increasing dangers faced by queer individuals seeking asylum. We are seeking your support to help Kieynan with essential expenses such as rent, medication, and food, as he navigates this challenging transition period while also waiting for his process.
 About Kieynan:
Kieynan Gant is a resilient and determined individual who has shown incredible strength in the face of adversity. Having escaped from the Kakuma refugee camp, Kieynan made the difficult decision to leave behind the only home he knew in search of a more accepting and secure environment. Kieynan identifies as queer and has faced discrimination and persecution throughout his life. He dreams of a life where he can live authentically and without fear of persecution.
 The Need:
Having arrived in Nairobi, Kieynan is now faced with the immediate challenges of finding a safe place to live, accessing necessary medication, and ensuring he has enough food to sustain himself. Unfortunately, due to limited resources and the lack of a support network, Kieynan finds himself in a vulnerable position. We believe that no one should have to choose between their safety and basic necessities and that is why we are reaching out to you today.
