<div>Our family is heartbroken by the tragic loss of our beloved Kha'Mari “Mari” Harrison, a beautiful and kind 16-year-old daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, aunt, and friend whose life was taken far too soon by gun violence. No family is ever prepared for a loss this sudden, painful, or devastating. We are now carrying unimaginable grief while trying to honor Kha'Mari ’s life with the care, dignity, and tenderness she deserves.

At only 16 years old, she had so much life ahead of her, so many dreams to pursue, and so much love left to give. Her passing has left a pain that words cannot fully express, as we grieve not only the loss of her presence but also the beautiful life that was still unfolding before us, full of promise, joy, and love.
