A few years ago women competing in Long Cycle at the IUKL World Championships ( or most any competition ) was a dream.
It is another step forward in our sport that this year there will be a Long Cycle event for women in the World Championships in South Korea.
I am asking everyone to do what they can to help Kim Fox with her expenses for making the trip to represent the US. She is one of the most dedicated lifters in our sport today and is one of the top female lifters in this event.
Kim is always generous with her knowledge and encouragement. Through her team in Kansas she is helping to ensure the future of our sport coaching not just adults but many kids as well. She inspires so many people.
I can think of no-one better the represent the sport and the US in South Korea.
