She went from living a comfortable life to facing the unknown of the future and how things will be settled. Chris worked extremely hard for his family, but everything was in his business and she is not an heir.

<div>Kerri and Chris were not married, although together for 10 years. Unfortunately, there was no life insurance policy as a safety net. Kerri has also committed to keeping a relationship with Chris’s older two girls from a previous marriage so they can keep connected with their little sister, Penny. All this comes at more additional cost. She won’t be able to work as much as previously due to now being a single mom of a toddler.
