Support Kelsey’s Journey to the Australian Youth Women’s Baseball Championship!
We are thrilled to share some exciting news: Kelsey has been selected to represent South Australia in the Youth Women’s Baseball Team at the upcoming Australian Youth Women’s Championship in April! This is an incredible achievement and a testament to Kelsey’s hard work, dedication, and passion for the game.
Baseball has been a huge part of Kelsey’s life. From the moment she picked up a glove, she fell in love with the game. Whether it’s practising late into the evening, supporting her teammates, or giving it her all on game day, Kelsey embodies the true spirit of sportsmanship and commitment.
Kelsey was part of the same team last year that made history by winning South Australia’s first-ever Gold Medal at this tournament. Now, she’s ready to defend that title and continue making her state proud.
She plays baseball in the local Riverland competition for the Berri Warriors and has represented the Riverland at the South Australian Country Championships. She also competes in Under 17s and Division One Women’s leagues for Woodville Senators, showcasing her talent and dedication across multiple levels of the sport.
The Australian Youth Women’s Championship is a fantastic opportunity for Kelsey to compete at a national level, learn from the best, and continue to grow as an athlete. However, getting to the championship comes with significant costs, including travel, accommodation, uniforms, and tournament fees.
That’s why we’re reaching out to you—our friends, family, and the wider community—for support. Every contribution, big or small, will help Kelsey get to the championship and chase her dream of representing South Australia on the national stage.
