I am reaching out to you to ask for your support for Kavitha’s medical condition.

On February 17, 2025, Kavitha, my beloved aunt, was diagnosed with a brain hemorrhage/cerebral hemorrhage. She is a single mother. She lost her husband a few years back, and since then, she has been the only hope and support for her children. She always puts her happiness and well-being aside for the betterment of her children. She is currently admitted in the Intensive Care Unit at Apollo Emergency Hospital, Chennai, and she underwent endovascular coiling surgery for the hemorrhage. She is now further diagnosed with an aneurysm, and the calcium level in her blood is low, for which she needs to undergo dialysis. Her family has arranged money from their savings and loans so far for her treatment, and they would need more for further treatments. The cost of the treatment is overwhelming, and unfortunately, they don’t have any insurance coverage for her, and the ICU charge alone is costing them more. Doctors have confirmed that she has to be in the ICU for at least 15 more days to undergo the remaining surgery and monitoring. The family is struggling to arrange money for treatment and room charges. They are also not in a situation now to shift her to a different hospital as her condition is very critical and is not recommended by doctors.
