<div>My name is Leal Harma and I am raising funds for my best friend <strong>Kathy Kallio</strong> and her fight against stage 4 cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer). What she thought was a bladder infection in September turned out to be a life flight helicopter transport to Wausau, and a stent was placed into the bile duct. The stent wasn’t working and was replaced. This resulted in a bacterial infection, and she was airlifted then to Green Bay. The infection delayed treatment. Kathy will be starting chemo on October 15th. Chemo will be once every 2 weeks with 48 hours of the chemo pump to follow after each treatment with the hope of shrinking the tumors. <strong>The cancer is not curable.</strong> For everyone that knows Kathy…she has always been so strong and independent. Now it is our turn to help her during these most difficult times. Anyone who has had cancer knows the financial burden. <strong>Let’s help her to not have to worry about finances as she gives this cancer one hell of a fight.</strong> Please, friends, share this post, pray for healing, and join her in her fight.
