Hi, my name is Kathryn. On October 4th, I was in a serious motorcycle accident that left me with major injuries that seriously uprooted my life. My pelvis was broken in half, the left side was shattered, my right arm was broken, and my thumb was shattered. I now have metal plates and screws in my pelvis and arm, and pins in my thumb.

I recently moved here from New York just four months ago to start a new life and started a new job right away. Unfortunately, I had only been there for 90 days when the accident happened, so I don’t have any financial support or medical leave. I’ve always lived paycheck to paycheck, and right now, I can’t even get out of bed on my own .

I’m asking for any help you can give — to cover my household bills while I’m out of work, medical expenses, or anything else that can ease the burden while I recover. Every little bit truly helps and means the world to me during this difficult time.
