Support Kassandra- New Mom Brain Surgery

Kassandra is a loving wife and a mother of a two year old little boy. The family welcomed a beautiful baby girl on January 24, 2019. On February 3rd, Kassandra experienced symptoms of a stroke. She is currently in the ICU after doctors performed surgery and found a tumor in her brain.
Because of the hormones that were present during pregnancy, the tumor grew faster than normal. We are viewing this baby as a miracle for so many reasons. The tumor could have gone undetected for a longer period if it were not for the pregnancy.
Thankfully, the tumor did not negatively impact her brain tissue! It burst within itself which was the source of the bleeding in her brain. The family is giving God all of the praise for the miraculous way that this unbelievable situation has unfolded.
Milk donations from close friends have been sustaining the baby so she has not missed a beat on those vital nutrients. Support for Brandon, her husband, has been abundant. Her two year old son is well taken care of and looks forward to his mom coming home.
Kassandra and Brandon were expecting to spend these first few weeks with their baby and young son. Those plans have been turned upside down. The family has several immediate needs and are planning for the needs of the immediate future.

1) Transportation Cost/Hospital Parking
2) Care for the Baby
3) Meals for the family
4) Assisting Kassandra's mother with transportation to/from Colorado
