<div>Our stepfather John was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer in January of 2022. This month he and my mom are traveling to California for a second life-extending surgery, and we are raising funds to help our mom and John with travel, lodging, lost income, medical and recovery expenses during their 6 week stay after surgery at City of Hope Hospital in Los Angeles. After the challenges of years of chemotherapy and everything John has already endured, this next step is not a small one. It is physically taxing, emotionally exhausting, and financially overwhelming.
