<div><strong>Kāloa was born at 32 weeks and is currently 2.5 months old.</strong> He needed surgery for his heart at 6 weeks old. They were able to keep him stable and wait for the surgeons from Stanford to come down to Hawaii for the operation. The operation went smoothly, and we thought we were in the clear. Four weeks after his first surgery, they found that his condition came back and worsened.

<div><strong>Baby boy needed to be transferred to Lucille Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford Medical for a second procedure.</strong> We are currently here at Stanford awaiting the plan for his second procedure, but not without huge bills and daily things to still take care of.
