Peace and Greetings to you'all children of the world. I go by the names of Sulaiman Dagi and I am a Ugandan based Photographer and Humanitarian who has been helping facilitate a few domestic needs to the Orphaned and needy Children Uganda together with the generous friends on I met and am still meeting on the internet. On July 25 I received a call from a certain man talking about a child who badly needed our help though I didn't had any idea of I was talking, but he told me that my number was given to him by a certain a friend from another village where I carry on my project at which made me quickly respond back to him by getting to the village of bugombo in Buwunga sub county. As I reached there I was really schocked after seeing the kinda of infection I had never seen before in my whole life. Then Mr Tibenkana Godfrey the father to Kafuko begun breaking down to how the whole medical situation of Kafuko begun graduating from just a simple Swelling on Kafuko's chic into something that laed to the deformation of the young girl as you Will be shown in the sub-tatiled video I recorded.

The only way that Kafuko is willing to recover her full health and facial recognition is by meet a specialist doctor of hormones and glands (endocrinologist) but as stated by the Father of Kafuko that he is just a local farmer doing domestic Farming to only feed his family, things turn out that they have fallen out of his hands since they are not doing well financially. That's way he decided to let go of the pride and called for help from us in that we could also help raise awareness for her little daughter's situation in that we could maybe get people who could lend a hand to her little girls gaining of full health like any other child living life.

Your Donations will help cover expenses for Kafuko's Medical Bills, transportation and facilitation of food and other necessities while Kafuko is still going through the medical condition of helping her get rid of the swelling on the badly distorted her left Chic.
