<div> For the past two years, I’ve personally invested my time, equipment, and resources into building J.Y.C. Workforce Development a program that gives people from all walks of life a real chance to gain skills, confidence, and a future through honest work.

<div>This program has become a home for people searching for direction, stability, and a second chance. Our trainees don’t just learn job skills they learn responsibility, professionalism, communication, teamwork, and pride in their work. And as they grow, they give back by helping seniors, disabled residents, single parents, and families in need with free community service.

<div>But today, everything we’ve built is at risk.

<div>Our heated warehouse the heart of our entire operation is being put up for sale.

<div>This space is our training center, classroom, workshop, equipment storage, and snow response base. Without it, this program cannot survive.
