<div>Justin was a beloved son to his father, Scott E. Kelly, and his mother, Michelle L. (Davy) Kelly. He cherished spending time with his family, particularly enjoying the company of his nieces and nephews.

<div>In his personal life, Justin found joy in going to the gym, fishing, playing basketball, and listening to music. His generous spirit was well-known, as he was always willing to help others, even if it meant giving the shirt off his back.
