<div>My name is Elizabeth Rice and I am the oldest sister of Juli Ann Smolinski Radz. <strong>My sister was diagnosed in March of this year with breast cancer, last year with thyroid cancer, and the year before that, with kidney cancer.</strong> She has 9 children under the age of 26, all still living at home. Juli has tried going into work since June but has not been able to make a full day.
