This news has been incredibly difficult for me and my family, which includes my wife and our kids children. As the primary provider, my declining health has created a substantial financial burden, particularly for my wife. While I understand that my prognosis is not optimistic, I am grappling with many emotions, especially the thought of leaving my family behind.

<div>Durante los últimos dos años, he enfrentado problemas de salud constantes, que recientemente culminaron en un diagnóstico de cáncer de pulmón en etapa 4. Esta noticia ha sido increíblemente difícil para mí y mi familia, que incluye a mi esposa y a nuestros hijos. Como proveedor principal mi salud en declive ha apuesto una carga financiera considerable, especialmente para mi esposa. Si bien entiendo que mi pronóstico no es optimista, estoy lidiando con muchas emociones, especialmente el costo de mis cuidados medicos.
